Travel through the gastronomy of Provence, taste the specialities of vegetables, meat, fish simmered in spices (garlic, bay leaves, thyme, basil, savory, rosemary) or cooking with olive oil, tomatoes...

And don't forget to taste our famous wine, the Cotes du Rhone.
This wine, grown in the Rhone Valley, takes off at the fourteenth century with the papal state, then in the seventeenth century, and gives great vintages: Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Lirac, Tavel, and Cotes du Rhone Villages, all subject to stringent production rules, to offer quality.
